By using the WVE Labs website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. WVE Labs is a digital product company offering product strategy, design and engineering services.
2. Services
The content on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding proposal. Specific engagements are governed by separately signed statements of work or master services agreements.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from WVE Labs related to your inquiry, appointments, consultations and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact business@wvelabs.com / (800) 588-9094.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All content on this site — including text, design, imagery and code — is the property of WVE Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client names and marks referenced as work examples remain the property of their respective owners.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WVE Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
